Appearance

The thin, 5'1" Orriole is hardly an impressive figure. Fine, wispy platinum blond hair nearly blends into skin so pale it approaches transparency. Orriole keeps two parts of hair in front of his ears out of necessity: his face is so wide and round it looks almost inhuman (which is not entirely misleading, given that he is an elf). His features are delicate, almost gaunt, with puffy orange eyes giving the impression he is constantly in a state of exhaustion. Looking into his eyes, one finds a sense of sorrow. His face changes easily from happiness to pain and despair as if accustomed to experiencing such extremes at the same time. His emotions are always readily identifiable by his expression. From what is visible, it can be seen that Orriole is very thin, but most often he keeps himself hidden behind long sleeves and pants custom-tailored for him by Feodor. Orriole's ears stretch outward, are very tender, and have a slight bend to them. By elven standards, this is a sign of weakness.

As Seiji, Orriole's hair and eyes turn black, the part of his hair in front of the ears disappearing. Orriole dons a pair of glasses which serves to narrow his face somewhat in place of the hair. (Though he hates to admit it, he is actually a bit farsighted, and the glasses are indeed prescription.)

History

Orriole's first known appearance is in Feodor's childhood, when he helped the young elf find his way home. Since then, Orriole and Feodor have developed a very close friendship. Orriole lives in what it arguably one of the grandest elven mansions, out of which he runs a nature preserve.

At present, Orriole is trying to kill Feodor for reasons unknown.

Personality

According to Feodor, Orriole is a cheerful and sweet-natured person with impeccable manners who enjoys literature and music. The epitome of "culture." Around Feodor, Orriole has the tendency to drop into strange, unfathomable moods, but somehow Feodor is always able to cheer him up. When around others, he always tries to project an expression of good cheer, though his words and face always seem a little false.
