Appearance

At 5'7" and 140 lbs., Feodor is not the biggest or strongest person alive, but he makes the most of what he has. He is moderately built, muscles toned without being overly obvious. He just barely passes for a student at his height, but chalks it up to being a foreigner and coming from a family with tall genes.

Feodor's face is naturally very serious and looks about thirty years of age, harshly lined, brooding hazel eyes looking out from beneath thick eyebrows and long bangs. His hair is a thick and healthy golden blond. He has a slight crook to his sharp nose, a trait inherited from his father. His features could be described as strong and thin, but using glamour, his face rounds out and lines disappear, causing him to appear much younger. Feodor's ears are finely tapered, with a straight lower line and firm cartilage. They are considered handsome by elven standards.

History

At 256 years of age, Feodor has seen a great deal of the human world. He is the only son of Irina and Vladimir Arschev. Vladimir is the Russian representative of the Elven Council. Feodor also has an elder sister, Marisha. Once, when Feodor was very young, he became lost in the woods not far from his home, where he met a kindly elf named Orriole. Orriole helped Feodor return home and the two became good friends.

Feodor entered the human world at a very young age, participating with his uncle in the American Revolutionary War. He loved war from the onset (seeing as how he had none of the inconveniences of "dying") and proudly claims to be a veteran of most every major conflict of the past 200 years.

Between wartimes, Feodor has done stints as a tailor, cobbler, innkeeper, woodcutter, and stuntman, among other mundane jobs. He believes that more elves should use their hands instead of magic, claiming it builds character and puts things into perspective.

Personality

Feodor has a very strong personality and a way of forcing his will on others. He's friendly and deceiving, full of charm and wit, and loves every little thing about the human world, especially television, movies, and video games. Feodor is a self-made rogue, on the run from the law and loving it. He craves adventure and often amuses himself by toying with the serious people around him, as he has a very playful nature. He's also a first-class wiseass and never lets the teachers at Yuki's school forget about it. He loves to pull pranks and has a good sense of humor, though sometimes his victims don't share that trait.

Feodor's moral compass is definitely on a permanent "off" setting. He'll break any rule he disagrees with (sometime purposefully) and terrorize any and all authority figures. (This probably stems from his father's influence on him.) He's a bit bloodthirsty and is one of the dangerous types who honestly find violence fun.

Of special note is Feodor's unending nationalism. Though born in the elven world, he considers himself a Russian and tirelessly extols the virtues of his "home" country.
